Shipping policy

Free shipping is standard to all Mainland UK and Northern Ireland orders, if you choose standard delivery at checkout.  These will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked (signed for, dependent of value). We aim to ship these orders within 72 hours of your purchase, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

If you choose express delivery at checkout, we aim to send within 24 hours via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland  (signed for, dependent on value).  Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

If you choose Saturday Special Delivery 1pm at checkout (unfortunately for Mainland UK only) we will get your item posted via Royal Mail 1st Class tracked guaranteed by 1pm to the closest Saturday from your order.  Orders must be placed by noon on the Friday before you want your Saturday delivery.

All standard and express orders received on Friday after noon may not be shipped until the following Monday. 

Our packaging is plain and will have no mention of what is inside the parcel and will always be marked as fragile.

We use recycled packaging where possible.
