19th Century Percussion Cap Pocket Pistol by Smith London
Finely engraved boxlock signed Smith on one side and London on the other.
Dolphin engraved hammer which holds nicely at half and full position.
Slab sided grip is in good condition with a blank white metal (silver) escutcheon. Folding trigger works as it should.
Although faint, it looks like Birmingham Proof marks and inspection stamps to the barrel and body.
Dark staining overall to the steel work and some marks to the barrel.
This it is a nice small pistol in good condition.
Overall length, 16cm, barrel length 6cm.
