Brass Powder Measure With Dark Wooden Handle

19th Century French Powder Measure

With a lovely patina, this one has an earlier feel to it which is why I have attributed it to the 19th Century.

Off centre stamped ‘decigrammes’ and in good condition being full adjustable.

This one is single sided for powder only.
