Brass Powder Measure With Finely Turned Handle

19th Century Powder Measure With Finely Turned Handle

In good condition with a lovely patina and attractive handle.

The powder only cup is fully adjustable but there is no writing, possibly English?

This one just feels earlier than others, so I have attributed it to the 19th Century for that reason only.
